BRYAN’S M O N D A Y SPECIAL

September 8, 22, 29 October 6, 13 (Mondays) Tee Times Start: 4:00 P.M.

We had this in March and it was a success. 5 weeks of golf paid for and the rest is in payouts.

FORMAT: (9 holes Match Play)

Cost: $120.00 Due Before September 1, 2008.

· Points will be awarded 1 for each hole won and half point for a tie and 1 point for the low net score, max points 10.

· All players will use the Saps Handicap from 2008.

· You will play according using a schedule the first week, after the first week it is position round for the next five weeks.

· Payout will be 1 out of every 4 players. If we have 20 then places 1-5 will cash. If a tie, both players will receive payout by dividing it in half.

· Payout for the low gross and the low net each week will be paid out ($20).

· Number of entries will determine final payout.

· You can have friends play in this as long as they have a valid handicap.

· Sign Up and pay by August 29, 2008.

It is important to show up each week rain or snow!!!! (No show)

We cannot just give away 10 points on a 3 weeks play. If we have a no show the computer has a ghost substitution process. This process I will set to use your current player’s average and handicap. I will also set the ghost to shoot 2 over his average. The computer then randomly sets what the ghost gets on each hole. When I key in the players card it will calculate points. This is the easiest way I can see how to do it. If you feel we should do it another way, then speak up. I will present it to all the players involved and we can go from there.
